Topic: A Holistic Approach to Using iLab Features for Operational Success in Animal Facilities

This presentation covers how Rutgers Animal Care uses various iLab features to support our operational needs. As the largest Rutgers group using iLab, we encompass multiple subunits within one core. We highlight several key workflows which include setting configurations to efficiently route requests from hundreds of researchers to multiple operational groups, synchronization with our Animal Management System, recurring charges, and customized forms that include NDA and Terms of Service acknowledgements for external customers.
