Achieving this requires continual learning and growth—together. \nJoin the ABRF DEIB Council on September 14\, 2026 from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM ET for a virtual session focused on bystander intervention. \nCreating inclusive\, respectful\, and safe professional environments is a shared responsibility. This interactive virtual session introduces the 5 D’s\, a practical framework that helps individuals recognize harmful or inappropriate behavior and respond with confidence. Participants will learn actionable strategies for intervening safely and effectively in a variety of settings\, including meetings\, virtual spaces\, conferences\, and everyday professional interactions. Through discussion\, real-world examples\, and guided practice\, the session explores the five Ds (direct\, distract\, delegate\, delay\, and document) and how to select an approach that aligns with both the situation and personal comfort level.
