Subject: Using HPLC to calculate protein conc in cell culture.

Hi Guys,

I am thinking of using HPLC (protein G) for screening of cell culture for a protein (e = 175000 M-1 cm-1). Could you please suggest what kind of column (analytical, semi-analytical) should I use? Also, what is the minimum conc. (micrograms?) that one could see in HPLC?

Thanks in advance.

Schau
